The 3.33″ sticker on each item carries everything you need: what it is, that it's small-batch and slow-fermented, and the QR code that checks out that specific loaf.
Because each code is one-of-a-kind, there's nothing to type, no menu to search, and no way to pay for the wrong item. Scan, confirm the price you already saw on the stand, and pay.
